The Serrato Law Firm team has been professional, attentive to our needs, responsive, and open with us from the beginning. From speaking and working with the front staff to Mr. Serrato we always felt heard and had all our questions answered. During the process there was a change in staff and we were assigned to Ms. Velasquez. Ms. Velasquez was brought up to speed quickly on our case and helped with moving the case along.
